Warrior Spouses,
As you probably know, we have a unit compliance inspection scheduled
for 6-11 May. During this event, inspectors from the Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS) will examine most of our records,
procedures and facilities for compliance with Air Force and AFRS instructions. They will also look at our folks (appearance,
attitudes, professionalism, etc.). As you may also know, this type of inspection requires a lot of preparation. So if your
husbands/wives seem to be putting in more time at the office, you now know why. I respectfully ask for your continued support
and understanding while the squadron continues to "polish" everything so we look our best. You are a critical part of our
success in everything we do, and I intend to let the inspectors know that as well. I thank you for everything you do every
day. Some may not see your impact, but I see it every day in the squadron. You really are the wind beneath our wings!
Sincerely,
Lt Col Wade Norman
